he says "real chicken" & she says "fake chicken"

Our future home will be divided.  My fiance loves the meat and I love the veggies.  We are both accepting of each other's differences and always find a way to compromise!  I can honestly say that we have never had an argument regarding our appetite.  Now that I'm on topic I realize that anything in the category of food has really added to our relationship.  It really does take compromise, patience and acceptance to enjoy every meal with someone that will not share your plate- ever! :)  Seriously- you see in movies the romantic dinner and the guy and girl sharing a wonderful meal by candlelight and a glass of wine (Merlot)  We only share our salads, sides and our meatless meals together. He has tried to trick me and catch me off guard by offering a bite on numerous occasions.  If I turn too fast there is a piece of chicken dangling from his fork and a huge smile on his face just dying to say, "caught ya!"  Some how I always find the humor in his immaturity.  It must be LOVE...

Our Menu:

For him: blackened chicken

For her: blackened chicken (Morningstar)

For both: steamed brown rice and steamed mixed veggies

The result: A very happy couple who both enjoyed blackened chicken (just one was real and the other was fake)
