Baby Potatoes

Tuesday night we ate and grocery shopped here.  We left with some locally grown, organic and fresh produce.  Last night, we decided to cook the baby potatoes and ears of corn.  Everything tasted great but the potatoes were my favorite!


I quickly washed the potatoes, added them to a pot of boiling water and seasoned with a dash of garlic salt.  After the potatoes were tender, I drained them and added a splash of olive oil, dill weed and some pepper.   The best part of the meal was when the lime juice (I squeezed some on corn) got on potatoes and made for a very zesty surprise.  I loved the flavor combinations and am thinking about incorporating lime into a potato salad this weekend.  I'll be sure to write down the recipe because I have a feeling it will be a good one!
